The patch is working here, even with a broken qtchooser.

Some remarks:
- There were hunks when applying the patch, even though I used current upstream
as basis. Why that?
- IMHO the stderr from calling qdbus should not be sent to /dev/null. Normally
there should be no output there, right? So this is useful for diagnosis.
- Why do you use the qbindir only if startkde was started with an absolute
path? I see no reason for this correlation.
