Thank you for testing the report. Yes, I am sure that the icon is accesible.
The custom icon appears without the preview and disapears whe one activates the
preview.

I have tried with a new user and also erasing /var/tmp/kdecache with the same
result.

I have realized however that if the icon source is "system icons" then it works
as expected. The error is only triggered when one chooses "Other icons" with a
full path search.

A local workaround is to put to add the desired custon icon to the kde theme so
you can choose it from "system icons"
