It is *not* unfixable, but the correct fix is perhaps out of KDEs reach and
scope (i don't know)

Basically, if i wanted to lock my screen on STR (unconditionally) i'd place a
script in /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/ or if it's for certain power events by
configuring acpid, see eg.

I don't know whether powerdevil overrides this aspects (or even can, given the
power event might not lock?) or is merely a config frontend, but dario
hopefully does ;-)
