Sorry, but I don't think nateon (An IM software, isn't it ? ) uses bugs.kde.org
as its bug tracker. 

Please report the crash to its homepage and ask its developers to use
KAboutData::setBugAddresss() [1]
to set a cumstom bug report address instead of the default one for bugs.kde.org
.
