Sorry, I meant to reply but forgot. I upgraded my hardware and I'm not seeing
the bug any more. Perfectly flat memory usage. I don't know if it's the new H/W
or 4.10 that fixed it, so I can't be of much help. It did seem that the
suspend/resume process sometimes didn't fully complete on my old hardware
though.
