When i click on "Get new Themes..." in System Settings, the program itself
immediately crashes. Downloading new window decorations does not work either.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into "System Settings"
2. Click on "Workspace Appearance" and then on "Desktop Theme"
3. Click on "Get New Decorations..."
Actual Results:  
System Settings crashes.

Expected Results:  
Should have shown a download dialog for new themes.
