All,

Please create a feature in KDE SC that allows setting the wall paper as an
active application. For example running an instance of LibreOffice Calc as the
wallpaper or some other application such as Kterm. 

I would like to have this separate from the Plasma layer.

I apologize if this already exists or if I submitted this in the wrong
location. This would be similar to active desktop in windows XP.
