Bug ID: 329188
Summary: Systems settings - configure digital camera
Classification: Unclassified
Product: systemsettings
Version: 1.0
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: crash
Priority: NOR
Component: general
Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
Reporter: steve.r at bigpond.net.au
Application: systemsettings (1.0)
KDE Platform Version: 4.8.5 (4.8.5)
Qt Version: 4.8.4
Operating System: Linux 3.9.11 i686
Distribution: "Fedora release 16 (Verne)"
-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I clicked on Digital Camera under hardware in system settings.
Also now have to re-start xwindows when login, as the kde 3d effects won't
work, and desktop fails to load. I have to re-enable desktop effects at
start-up, once kde desktop starts..
Also Intel hda_codec ad1984 fails to load at xwindows kde desktop init. (for
audio output) sometimes, well most times, it may well be kernel related??
This is Fedora 16 supplied kde. I have been investigating install of latest
kde, but it requires build from source?
-- Backtrace:
Application: System Settings (systemsettings), signal: Segmentation fault
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/libthread_db.so.1".
