[kde] [Bug 329045] Windows don't stack until window manager settings are opened

I forgot to mention, I don't know if it's related but all of the chrome
browsers are tabbed together in one big group and I have to untab them to
separate them from each other.  After untabbing, sometimes they pop to their
assigned virtual desktop, but most of the time they don't.  Here I'm using
window matching in their settings to force them to the proper desktop - this is
already setup and should "just work", but again - they don't go to their
assigned desktop until I open the window manager settings and hit OK or Cancel.
