kcmshell4 (4.11.3) on KDE Platform 4.11.3 using Qt 4.8.5

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I had just installed ntp and ntpd, then enabled it under "Adjust System Date
and Time" and enbled ntp. After saving, it crashed and threw this error.
