kcmshell4 () on KDE Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Changing time server as time is strange. Taskbar shows time -2 hours while
widgets and time seting show correct time

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Time is strange. Taskbar is showing wrong time while desktop widget and time
settings show correct time. upon chanign the server the time setup crashes.
