The smallest it lets me set the time to is 100ms.
I need it to be 20ms.

I was able to go in to the rc file and set it manually, but it would be nice to
be able to do it through the settings app.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.settings app
2. accessibility
3. keyboard filters
4. try to adjust bounce keys to less than 100ms
Actual Results:  
it won't.

Expected Results:  
it should.
