Reopening, since upstream rejected the bug "because the native graphics system
on X11 is no longer supported". Leaving it as "resolved upstream" doesn't make
sense now.

I guess KDE will have to deal with this. For what it's worth, ksnapshot works
correctly here when manually forcing raster instead of native. I don't know how
to force krunner to use raster.
