systemsettings (1.0) on KDE Platform 4.9.2 using Qt 4.8.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
trying to access touchpad settings
- Unusual behavior I noticed:

since kubuntu 12.04 one upgrade i had this issue with settings and no tapping.
But 12.10 is a fresh install and this issue was "in stock"
