            Bug ID: 310414
          Severity: normal
               URL: http://imagebin.org/236202
           Version: 4.9
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
Summary: Clock and Date Applet Not Displaying Properly
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: raevyn at linuxmail.org
          Hardware: Debian stable
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: general
           Product: kde

I was asked by a wonderful KDE developer to submit this bug. Basically, the
clock and date are displaying different from one another when you try to show
both at once. My screenshot shows what I mean. I have to also let you know that
while I use Kubuntu, I have tried other distributions (Debian, OpenSUSE,
Mandriva) to see if it reoccurs and it does everytime.

Interestingly I installed Trinity DE on another computer and I found that in
that AND KDE 3.x (I found an old distribution with it to test out) that the
clock/date applet had more customization options for the date and time, so they
would end up looking the same together, or you can choose for them not to be
the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the clock applet on that KDE comes with
2. Turn on the date.. it doesnt matter if its short or long
3. Make the menu bar small enough so it doesnt layer itself.
Actual Results:
The date and time fonts are not the same

Expected Results:
Should be the same? Or at least have a better dialog control panel for its
options.

I made a little screenshot for you all here of the bug in question:
