on reporting a bug in kde plasma* ,
after a debug symbols install and account creation completion succesfully, 
than a bad server response crashed the reporting system.

do people give up reporting bugs at this stage? yes!
as a percentage of all complaints? 89% (prove me wrong)
we know our code is good , because no one complains? XD

systematic error - you need to replace your error system completely or a double
blind trial and compare percentage error reporting.
