Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch KMenuEdit
2. Right-click any menu tree item

Actual Results:  
Menu appears not where one would expect it to

Expected Results:  
Menu should appear next to mouse cursor, as in every other place (it works
correctly for e.g. text input boxes)
