When alt key is press to a move windows, tooltips don't disappear. And for
example with Dolphin and because of qt bug
(https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-19363) it's really problematic.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Dolphin -> Activate tooltips -> Settings -> Configure Dolphin -> General
-> Show tooltips
2. Move the mouse over a folder and stay here -> tooltip is show.
3. Press alt key, press left mouse button and move the window -> tooltip is
always show

Actual Results:  
Tooltips don't disappear when alt key is press

Expected Results:  
When alt key is press tooltip must be disappear
