systemsettings (1.0) on KDE Platform 4.8.3 (4.8.3) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Opened System Settings >> Display and Monitor >> Screen Saver

- Unusual behavior I noticed:

Yesterday, before the crash, I noticed a complete lack of any KDE screensavers,
and a complete inability to access them (or XScreensaver), despite having the
required packages installed.
