Hi to everyone!
I resolve the problem, for now at less.
I locate the problem in service of KDE, PRELINK.
The solution was DISABLE PRELINK, but i don't like it.
The real solution is next:
yum reinstall prelink 
prelink -ua 
reboot
After reboot, everything works fine!
For enable again prelink, onli do (ever like root):
prelink -avmR 
reboot
That at all, the problem is kaput! je!
