Still present in KDE 4.8.4, but only reproducable on Fedora (not on Gentoo).

In Fedora I still get a certificate question for that URL because the CA is not
included in Fedora's CA list, but feel free to substitute any other URL which
refers to a site with a certificate problem - it doesn't matter what the URL
is.
