systemsettings (1.0) on KDE Platform 4.8.90 (4.8.90) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was looking for a way to limit window sizes, and wanted to open Workspace
Appearance to see if that was incuded there. Three tries and three crashes.
