systemsettings (1.0) on KDE Platform 4.8.90 (4.8.90) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was unsure what had caused the crash so I had removed .kde folder first.
Error appears every time I try to open system settings/workspace.
