I have reported some time ago a bug about adult content problems here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=281591

It's a problem, since there are a lot of more adult content listed there yet,
and to confirm you just need see some wallpapers at list.

One thing is see the content at internet, another thing it's this content be at
children's hands, because it's easy see them with KDE.

Another reasons about this can be found at old bug, but I will try another idea
to solve this. If kde-look.org will never change this, we can change here:
let's create a database of "secure" wallpapers by id and let KDE update his
file some times, like a .deb or .rpm database.

See, we don't need remove this wallpapers from KDE, we just need classify them.
if you want full wallpapper's  list, you just need activate this in some place,
asking the root password or something like this.

Expected Results:  
No easy adult content access for childrens.
