help:/kcontrol/windowbehaviour/index.html#action-moving still offers the
options for "Display content in moving/resizing windows".

But these options have been dropped and don't exist anymore, resp. replaced
with a desktop effect plugin: http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=111&t=98800
