When selecting raster as the graphics rendering system through
kcm-qt-graphicssystem (or by appending "export QT_GRAPHICSSYSTEM=raster" on
.bashrc) kwin appears malformed. This was not happening on versions before kde
4.7.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Append "export QT_GRAPHICSSYSTEM=raster" on a profile file (~/.bashrc or
/etc/profile) log into KDE and turn on desktop effects.

Actual Results:  
kwin appears malformed

Expected Results:  
kwin should appear normally as it does with Xrender.
