Hello,

Thank you for the fast response. 

There is no icon for Rhythmbox in the notification area.

And actually the same thing is happening for Empathy. (Not listed in
Application and System Notifications, yet the widget is displaying them. But at
least that has a proper Preferences panel with Notifications tab, and it can
"dock" into the notification area.)
