Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.1) 
OS:                Linux

After updating KDE from 4.6.4 to 4.7.1, KDE no longer locks the screen when
waking up from sleep.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Enable lock screen on resume. Put the computer to sleep. Wake it back up.

Actual Results:  
The screen does not lock and prompt for a password.

Expected Results:  
It should prompt for a password.
