Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS: Linux

i was a happy opensuse 11.4 & kde upstream (4.7.3) user

after the update to 12.1 i cannot start a kde-session any longer.

first kdm crashes, an then plasma desktop crashes (because of previous kdm
crash)

nothing i did helped (removing single files from $HOME to removing all files
from $HOME. even with an empty $HOME i get the same error...

!!!
and now the best part: adding a new user and logging into kde4 works just
fine... but an existing user - even with an empty $HOME - doesn't.
!!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
login to kde

Actual Results:
kded & plasma crash

Expected Results:
successful login
