The kded daemon crashes every time I log into the plasma desktop.  The service
manager won't    run because the kded daemon won't run.  Power management won't
run.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This happens at every login. It happens when I attempt to start kded4 from the
terminal.  

Actual Results:  
the kded daemon will not start.  It crashes with a segmentation fault.

Expected Results:  
For the kded daemon to run.

Ocassionaly the first attempt to open firefox after a login to the plasma
desktop the desktop will crash,  Maybe this is irrelevant to the kded bug, but
these issues started right after upgrading with upgrade-manager to Kubuntu 
oneiric.

I can not use the service manager in the systems settings statup and stop
window.  The error is can not contact kded.  I could not submit the bug report
with drkonqi.  When i click the login button to sumit the dialog box opens with
cannot contact kded.
