After setting the system tray to have "klipper" hidden, every ~30 seconds to a
minute, the klipper icon will appear in the system tray for about half a
second. Going into the tray settings and setting the visibility of it to
visible and then back to hidden seems to stop it from happening until the next
reboot.

Reproducible: Always
