Jovie kde text to speech manager which is set to speak every 5 minutes, when
speaks says opposite time example when am says pm but time rite?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
stop and restart jovie

Actual Results:  
still the same

Expected Results:  
to fix the time of day
