I second this bug.  I use the standard KMenu, and if I have the menu open to
start an application, and insert a USB thumb drive, the menu disappears when
the USB notification pops up.  That's really annoying; other things should
never steal the focus from the user.

I'm using KDE4.5 on Kubuntu 10.10.
