Device notifier pops up on far left side of screen instead of above the System
Tray on the right side of the screen above the device notifier applet.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Plug in a peripheral device. 

Actual Results:  
Notifier pops up on left side of screen

Expected Results:  
Expected pop up to show above Device Notifier applet.

Created with KDE 4.6.3 tarballs on PCLinuxOS.
