When system settings crashes, the crash handler comes up automatically and
wants me to install debug symbols. When I click to do that, it says "Could not
find debug symbol packages for this application".

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Click the install debug symbols button

Actual Results:  
error message

Expected Results:  
install debug symbols
