Thanks for the update. This means the detection wether your video drivers are
capable of accelerated shader effects does not work correctly for your
configuration.

There have been changes for the forthcoming KDE SC 4.7 in that detection, so it
might already be fixed in KDE. But to be sure, please provide the following
information:

- Konsole output of "glxinfo"

I am reassigning to KWin team to decide if this is a duplicate of an existing
bug.
