[Bug 269356] When I boot up I have ~35 akonadi_contact processes running without performing any actions.

I found if I ran "kcmshell4 akonadi" and manually removed all the resources
currently in the system, when I rebooted the akonadi_contact processes did not
return.  Not a bug anymore.
