i had this problem.  didn't respond in time to set up an account so i had to
use another email.

i am still having this problem...please tell me what i need in order to watch
my videos  with SOUND i am importing from the internet.

also all youtube videos have sound but the VIDEO is red can see the video no
other color is showing up except red.  then i get the error message "adobe plug
in crashed"

i have downloaded adobe plug ins to this laptop, doesn't fix the problem.. i
shouldn't have to "install" the downloaded plug in....i didn't get that
prompt...i assume the download installed the plug-in in my config file...RIGHT?
or not?

please respond with the fix.... i am way behind in my bible study ---3 hours
behind.
