Please report this problem for each application/setting that is causing bugs
when upgrading. Ideally, add the previous configuration files that are causing
problems. Those cases need to be fixed on a per-application base.

The other option would be some way to reset the settings per application,
without losing all of .kde/share/ contents. This is bug 74883.
