i have the same bug on a laptop with:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated
Graphics Controller (rev 02)

also, if i select the laptop monitor to be on the left and the external monitor
on the right, the same situation happens to the external monitor.
