           Summary: nut integration in powerdevil
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: krog.az at gmail.com

Version: unspecified
OS: Linux

Powerdevil should support nut (Network-UPS Tools) so that computers with an UPS
can perform some actions depending on the power.
UPS should be considered just as batteries for laptops, that's all!

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
Now there is an application called knutclient which is quite good and shows as
a "battery" the state of charge of the ups if power current is not functioning.
Why not integrate it in powerdevil and the default battery plasmoid?
Also knutclient doesn't offer options to execute something (dim sisplay, power
off...) depending on the state of charge of the battery.
Finally, knutclient it's not a full "kde integrated" and official application.
It can however be used as an example or become integrated in kde.

Expected Results:
Laptop batteries and UPS... what's the difference? :-)
