When unmounting any USB device (flash drive or ipod) in Device Manager, they
are still getting power (LED is on).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Insert and mount flash drive
Unmount it throug Device Manager


Actual Results:  
The device is unmounted but the LED is still on

Expected Results:  
The LED should be off, the device unpowered and ready to unplug.

It appeares in KDE 4.6 only. 4.5.x worked right.
Using Kubuntu Maverick and KDE from backports PPA.
