Version:           4.6 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

Since the upgrade from 4.5.5/hal to 4.6.0/udisks/upower logging out from a kde
sessions is delayed by 10+ seconds instead of instantly logging out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on the desktop -> Leave -> Logout/Turn Off/Restart
2. stare 10+ seconds on your darkened desktop, before your session actually
quits.

Actual Results:  
Frustrating delay

Expected Results:  
Instant action
