Hi, I'm requesting a new function for kwrite when wheelEvent took place.

When user has "CTRL" button pressed , and if user is scrolling with mouse wheel
, shrink / enlarge fonts in kwrite , and it shouldn't save current font size
after changes take place.

Configure shortcut keys won't work this time.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
