Which kdelibs find matching icon, it not search -x-generic icons in inherits
themes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create own themes which inherit oxygen.
2. Open directory in dolphin which has mp3 files.

Actual Results:  
You see icons for unknown type for all mp3 files, because kdelibs not use
audio-x-generic from oxygen.

Expected Results:  
You see icons for audio-x-generic for all mp3 files (audio/mpeg metatype).
