I checked the code of strigidaemon, libstreams and libstreamanalyzer and I see
no change (and there are really just very few changes) which would cause
already the start of strigicmd with the help output to fail (or no longer
fail).

Probably the "bug" is in some other library, although strigicmd links only
against a few libs. Or the compiler settings (e.g. CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE, optimizer
flags, etc.) are different in the delivered rpm than what I used.
