Version:           4.5 (using KDE 4.5.4) 
OS:                Linux

Starting KDE may take up to 13 minutes because of the 99% usage of the CPU from
plasma-desktop.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
start my laptop

Actual Results:  
It takes 13 minutes to see desktop !!
Mozilla starts on 1 m and 30 sec ! After that I wait 12 minutes to see my
desktop loaded!

Expected Results:  
Load in 1 min !
