If one wants to navigate through an icon view with the cursor keys, moving up
or down is only possible if the next row has an icon at the same position.

Instead the selection should just jump to the last icon in the next row.

The same is true for moving left and right. If one moves right and gets to the
last icon in a row, pressing right again should move to the next icon, i.e. the
first one in the next row.
