Version:           4.6 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

Please look at the attached image. As you can see, I have an icon for
cachegrind files. Yet it is not shown in dolphin (or folder views, etc). Is it
a bug or am I doing something wrong. KDE 4.6 here
