I click mute, and sound mutes.  I click mute again, the sound doesn't un-mute,
until you touch the volume slider.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I click mute, and sound mutes.  I click mute again, the sound doesn't un-mute,
until you touch the volume slider.


Expected Results:  
Toggleing Mute should alter the sound on and off.

OS: FreeBSD (i386) release 8.2-RELEASE
